Thank you so much for visiting my site.
You clicked on this page to learn a little about me, the photographer behind the lens. I'm located in central Wisconsin in the city of Wausau. I am a self taught photographer and from as far back as I can remember I have always loved being creative. I am so grateful that God has so graciously instilled this in me and guided me to where I am now.
Here is a quick synopsis of my journey and how I got to where I am today.
I grew up in a small town in northern Florida. From childhood till now I have always had a love for singing and writing songs. As I got older I took it more seriously so I moved to Atlanta, GA. This is where I met my wonderful husband, who is also a musician/guitar player. We complimented each other so well. We wrote songs together, I sung them and he produced and recorded them. His recordings landed me an artist record deal with a major label. The music business was awful because they pretty much own you. They were manufacturing this style in the studio and on our album that was not me. They were also pushing my husband/producer out of the picture. We would not corporate with them and therefore we were shelved, no longer considered for release. This was great in hindsight because I now have a beautiful family and I am so happy it turned out the way it did. Immediately after that we moved to Wisconsin where my husband is from. After being here a while I started learning photography as a hobby just to do something creative and I loved it. I am a hands on learner, so I started off taking photos of friends and family in my basement. I learned strobe lighting through my many mistakes and eventually my husband built me a real studio. He is so awesome! I have since added videography which compliments photography so well. I film music videos, documentaries and everything in between. I thank God for His guidance and the opportunities he has given me and continues to give me. I am so very grateful for my family and friends for supporting me and my clients for trusting me.
